With liberalization of economy and globalization, competition has become intense. People believe in a myth that working harder, smarter and faster will help them gain control over their lives and that increased control will bring them success, peace and fulfillment.

The World has come a long way from what it was even a few decades back.  Needs and expectations have grown, so have expenses.  Today being successful is a pre-requisite for a happy family. This is putting people under tremendous stress and increasing the criticality of time.

In this one day workshop we would present a different approach to time management debunking the myth about working harder, smarter and faster to gain success. We will be arguing that instead of managing your time, manage yourself and time will get managed automatically. In short, time management to life leadership. The participants will be able to understand the linkage between time management and stress. They will also be exposed to the understanding as to how, if unchecked and not managed effectively, time can have far reaching repercussions on the lives of people.

This workshop is designed to be highly interactive. The participants would be encouraged to speak out on the issues confronting them and causing stress. They would be encouraged to find solutions during the programme using the methods and tools learnt.

Participants will be able to appreciate linkage between Time Management and Stress Management. They will be able to carry home some tools and techniques for managing their time and understanding of moving from Time Management to Life Management.
