PHDCCI, UN GCNI and Ethosphere jointly organized 3rd Webinar on Future Trends in Responsible Business Conduct (RBC), bringing together distinguished speakers from diverse sectors to discuss emerging trends and challenges in responsible business practices.

Dr. Jatinder Singh, Deputy Secretary General, PHDCCI, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the increasing relevance of responsible business conduct in healthcare and other industries. His address highlighted the urgent need for ethical governance and sustainable business practices in today’s evolving corporate landscape.

Following this, Mr. Jitender Rana, Deputy Secretary, PHDCCI introduced the speakers, the agenda, knowledge partners, and key stakeholders. He set the context for the discussion and acknowledged the presence of esteemed panelists.

The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. Somnath Singh, Deputy Director, UN GCNI, who guided the conversation around key aspects of RBC across various sectors. He provided an overview of how businesses can integrate responsible practices into their operations while ensuring sustainability and long-term growth.

Mr. P Rama Krishna Reddy, Founder, Anti-Corruption Force (ACF) & AI Next IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., spoke about breakthrough innovations that are redefining ethical business practices. He emphasized the role of technology in enhancing transparency and accountability, stressing that digital solutions can serve as critical tools in driving corporate integrity.

Ms. Supriya Madan, Principal Ethics & Compliance, India – British Telecom Group, highlighted the major barriers to the adoption of responsible business conduct across industries. She addressed the challenges organizations face in aligning financial goals with ethical governance and shared insights on how businesses can create a sustainable balance between profitability and integrity.

Col. Abdul Hameed Khan (Retd.), Director Administration, Park Group of Hospitals, focused on the role of leadership in embedding responsible business conduct into corporate culture. He discussed best practices for fostering an ethical and responsible business environment, emphasizing the importance of strong leadership in ensuring compliance and ethical decision-making at all levels.

The session concluded with Dr. Somnath Singh delivering the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the speakers and participants for their valuable contributions.
