COVID-19 has come up as an unprecedented crisis that has shaken the industry, economy, and the market as well. To help the sector chart-out expedient roadmaps in these times of uncertainty, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted an interactive session on “Strategy for managing personal finance including mutual funds during and after COVID-19” with Shri Kapil Dev Agarwal, Hon’ble Minister of State (IC), Vocational Education and Skill Development, Uttar Pradesh The eminent speaker who deliberated in the webinar were Shri Surya Kant Sharma, Senior Consultant AMFI and Former DGM, SEBI, Ms. Laxmi A Rampurwala, AGM, SEBI and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jain, Co-Founder, Tradeswift. The speakers deliberated about the new developments in the mutual fund sector and how mutual funds are a good option of investment for the long term which will be fruitful in these times. Shri Kapil Dev Agarwal, Hon’ble Minister of State (IC), Vocational Education and Skill Development, UP appreciated the efforts of PHD Chamber during these times of pivotal times. he also discussed the various efforts, polices given by the Uttar Pradesh Government. He mentioned that under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adiyanath Ji, UP can provide relief and support to the industries and boost the economy. He also urged the Chamber to keep supporting the government and ministries so that they can resolve all the issues and provide relief to the industries. He also appreciated the UP Government for supporting the industry and also for announcing relief packages to help all industries.
