We are pleased to inform you that Regional Power and Renewable Energy Committee, PHDCCI and PHDCCI Startup & Entrepreneurship Forum is organizing Panel Discussion on Greenpreneurs: Startup Ecosystem for Green Transition during its 1st Edition of Regional Energy Transition & Sustainability (RETS) Conclave, concurrently with 10th edition of the 4-day Exhibition & Convention titled “INS & OUTS – 2024 as per the following schedule:

Introduction:
The panel discussion aims to explore opportunities available for green startups, and “Greenpreneurs,” & the role they play in driving the global transition towards sustainability through innovative, eco-conscious business models. It will assess the current state of the startup ecosystem supporting these ventures and examine the challenges faced by green entrepreneurs. A key focus will be on the availability of green funding and financing mechanisms, particularly for sectors like clean energy, solar power, electric vehicles (EVs), and energy efficiency solutions.
Objective:
The discussion will highlight how policies, public-private collaborations, and investments can accelerate the adoption and scaling up of green tech Startups. The panel discussion will provide a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities available for green startups in driving the clean energy transition while also addressing the financial and regulatory frameworks that support them.
Sh. Aman Arora, Hon’ble Minister for New and Renewable Energy Sources & Employment generation and Training, Government of Punjab has consented to be the Chief Guest during the programme.
Sh. DPS Kharbanda, IAS, Administrative Secretary (IP) & CEO- Invest Punjab & Director, Industries and Commerce, Government of Punjab has been requested to be the Guest of Honour on the occasion.
